Summer Guitar Workshop

The Grisafi Music Institute is conducting itʼs first annual Summer Guitar Program and “Workshop”. This is your chance to meet like-minded guitarists in a friendly environment while jamming, recording, trying out gear and...learning while doing it!
So, what can you expect to learn this summer?
- Learn phrasing tips and tricks for soloing
- Songwriting
- Right and Left hand Techniques
- Chords
- Theory
- Recording techniques
- Effects pedals and live rigs
- Playing live with other guitarists
- Playing with Jam Tracks and Instructors
- Receive a DVD and CD at the end of the summer featuring your playing
Our knowledgeable and experienced instructors - Gary Grisafi, Alex Randall and John Gorbe,
will take you step by step through each phase of the program to unlock your abilities and explore the guitar in a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
The 15-session program starts Tuesday, June 24th and runs until Thursday, July 31st.
9:30am - 1:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and on Mondays from 10:00am - 1:00pm for Jam Sessions.
What is needed? A guitar, notepad, pencil and a desire to learn and have fun.
Program tuition is $650. due the first day of classes, June 24th. This is a savings of $1000 compared to area summer camps, music programs and recording studios.
